Mediterranean Family Salad
Very quick and easy recipe. Great for a starter salad for a main course, lunch for a quick pack and go meal.

- 3 units Cucumbers
- 2 pints Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Black Olives sliced
- 1/2 cup Perperchinos sliced
- 2 cups Chickpeas Cooked, drained, rinsed
- 1/4 cup Follow Your Heart Feta Cheese
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Italian Herb Seasoning
- 1 unit Lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
Chop everything into similar 1/2" pieces (Cucumbers through Peperchinos).
Toss all of the chopped ingredients together with the chickpeas, pumpkin seeds and feta
Make the dressing by whisking in a separate bowl the ingredients; Dijon, olive oil, Italian Seasoning, lemon juiced and Liquid Aminos. You can all add everything to a shaker jar. Store dressing separate from salad. Add upon serving the individual amounts.
